They are very unprofessional! They have incompetent schedulers. I was to get an ablation waited a month for my appointment then got there and they had to reschedule me. then today had my appointment with the NP and she doesn't do ablation so they wanted me to reschedule AGAIN! I medically need this done and these folks playing with people's health and time! Find a different ob I wouldn't recommend
Phone staff is completely disrespectful and refuse to hand you over to manager when trying to complain about them. specifically Donna on the phones has a major attitude. I called to get an update to follow up and she got extremely disrespectful and rose her voice and hung up on me. When I tried to call for manager she answered and claimed she did not hang up. I almost didn’t leave this review because it's secondhand and my friend insists that Dr. Deka is lovely, but I’m concerned about the lack of information provided when someone has an an embryonic pregnancy. Had a friend who recently went through surgery with Dr. Jackson to remove cancer. The office states to contact the surgery center for results(to make sure he got all the cancer) It has been almost one week. ***This is unacceptable*** We were told 2-3 days day of surgery. It should not fall on the patient to track down their results. The office needs to remedy this situation ASAP, as she is a patient of the practice.
