This is the worst association to have been in charge here, we're paying more than ever and they can't pick up trash like this going on three weeks now
Absolutely terrible HOA management company. I reported a neighbor repeatedly allowing their dog to poop in the street and not clean it up, which is unsanitary and unacceptable. I provided clear photo evidence of the incidents, yet they still refused to take any action, claiming there wasn’t enough proof. What more do you need than photos? Completely useless. Worst association ever! Disrespectful, rude,unprofessional and disorganized. Discrepancies at all levels with owners money I will go to proper agency and report this HOA. New Horizons treats homeowners like a joke, don’t respond to calls, emails or anything! Shameful!
