New Horizons is not working well with Integrity and good work Ethics. They are opposing to not be 100% transparent with everyone providing all of the issues and the work being done in our building and are very selective in what they provide in the meeting minutes since we cannot all attend. We all pay them to provide this information and we all should have that same information. This property management company is a joke. I am an owner at Calusa Point. And I recently received a violation in the mail for flying a Marine Corps flag the day after Veterans Day. I’m glad to see they support our military. And even if this was a misunderstanding the problem lies in the fact they just drive around in their little van looking for ways to screw tenants over. If you’re going to hand out violations at least get out and look at what the flag is before you decide to write a violation. I’m glad a company like this... read more
