Beyond poor👎🏻Horrible front office staff and I was going to be asked to leave because I had my children with me, ages3 and 1 because they were laughing and being a little loud. The nurse said I should get a babysitter

The doctor is great but the head of he's staff is awefull. My dad went in and asked if someone could please let the doctor know the dosage of he's medication had being increased by the pharmacy when the doctor had told he would be decrease the dose due to the fact that the medication was making he's blood pressure way bellow. This lady told him that he would have to pay to see the doctor and when my dad tried to explain to her she would not listen to him. Dr. Velazquez has the best bed side manners of any physician I've come across in Las Vegas. He truly cares about his patients.
