My son called about our bearing problem on our travel trailer. They gave him the info we needed to limp the RV trailer there. Then they took great care of us - including new brakes caused by another problem AND they didn’t kill my wallet!! Nice honest people that fit us in so we could continue with our trip!
New Horizons went above and beyond to fix an electrical issue with our trailer in a timely manner. Tech was on the lot to meet us when we got there and explained the work they had done. Extremely satisfied with the work and customer service. Thank you!
I purchased a utility trailer 17 years ago after 17 years I had to replace the first Tire I'm so upset it could have lasted 20 they have good products and I'm happy with I got 17 years ago
Well used parts with new prices. Traded a drop hitch in 2 weeks ago and gotb$35. Bought a new one st $120. Sold vehicle and went to buy back old one.....Maybe $45 but had a $70 tag on it....price of a new one. They remembered me and still ripped me off. Will never do business and posting everywhere they are crooks. Mechanics were great but the secretary and manager will rip you off. Highly DO NOT recommend!

Couldn't be happier with my trailer service from New Horizons Outdoors. Dropped it off yesterday afternoon and had it back this morning with new tires, and some fantastic new lights. They even mounted my spare I had lost the bolts to. Very friendly and great service. Will be going back in the future!
