I've been going here since 2018. And since 2020 I'm on my 9th doctor. I go to the Quincy office but ALL my doctors since 2020? Are out of the Framingham office. In addition to my doctor sectioning me 10 min after virtual appointment. N without my knowledge. Cops EMTs & guy' to remove my door if I didn't open it. When you have complex PTSD childhood trauma bipolar etc and you get taken out of your house against you will? Then South shore hospital where I sat in the lobby for 9 hours. Staff is great, very helpful and understanding. I felt very comfortable and the visits were quick and painless. Doctors visits were mostly virtual and the doctors can help you with external services and therapy. Highly recommend for there services. Always looking for and accepting new patients.
I’ve been going to New Horizons for about 9 months. This medical office is amazing. All the employees here greet you with smiles and are very accommodating. However there is one employee that always goes above and beyond for me, that’s Dennis. I honestly can’t say enough good things about him and this group of people. They make you feel like they really care and are there for you. If your reading this and wondering if you should give them a try, I say “absolutely “. You won’t be disappointed.

This is the best MAT clinic I’ve ever been to. Everyone is respectful and kind. No judgment from anyone here, all they want to do is help. Appointments are always on time, no waits. I’d refer anyone in need to the Quincy location! Not like any other mat program I’ve been to. Jessi Kissimmee is a sweetheart and very helpful as well as all the office staff that work the desk. Dr smith is my doctor and she’s awesome
