They were telling me that my appoinment that is usually at 330 wasnt going to happen and i needed to come at 2pm even though the dr. Said it was fine that i have to work the girl at front desk was very rude and told me what do i want my medicine or not i told her what kind of question is that ! So rude ivr been coming here since 2019 and just now im dealing with this people have to work who gets to work till only 2 pm i can barely get intime to 330 and i rush with this and the leak of information that happen i just dont know... read more
I’ve had a great experience with New Horizons. The staff is friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Scheduling is simple, flexible, and I always feel like I’m in good hands when I’m there. Recommend if you’re looking for a doctor who cares and a team that’s on point.
Staff is great, very helpful and understanding. I felt very comfortable and the visits were quick and painless. Doctors visits were mostly virtual and the doctors can help you with external services and therapy. Highly recommend for there services. Always looking for and accepting new patients.
Love all these kind patient people especially everyone at the front desk. Receptionist are great. Can't say enough about them. The experience I have had with the Quincy Congress St office has been exceptional. . I can't thank my Dr for the referral.
I have/had been involved with the practices of New Horizon. I will say this the Dr's they have a great, they aren't just writing you script and off you go. They really help out even remotely the feeling of empathy you can hear in there voices. The staff has been pretty consistent, extremely nice and patient which in a service like this that is important I would recommend it to anyone that is dealing with (Personally) or some one you love it's never to late or to early to change your life.
