New Horizons continues to send new people to my residence WITHOUT calling me first. They are extremely inadequate with communication with their clients. I have called many times about this problem, and still they do NOTHING. Very, very bad communication with clients.....
New Horizons did a great job matching a caregiver, Victoria, with my mother upon her return from the hospital, and then a SNF, after a fall. Victoria has lots of energy and initiative. She has taken over many household drudgery duties so my mother can do other things she still enjoys at 90 years old. Going through New Horizons eliminates the paperwork and other tasks needed to employ an individual directly.
