Great experience so far. Things change so quickly in caregiving sometimes, but I have found new clients within a day or two when stuff comes up. I appreciate how much the scheduling team is willing to help find hours.
I've worked caregiving before but New Horizons is different, in the best way. The training for caregivers was quick but very thorough, they have so many resources for caregivers to expand their working knowledge, you can build your own schedule which is amazing (especially for the people juggling work and family life), and the staff genuinely care about eachother and all the caregivers, everyone here is so understanding and flexible. It's nice to work for a company that puts their employees first.

My New Horizons review is a heartbreaking story that should warn others to avoid them. New Horizons provided caregiving for my elderly mother before she passed away following a stroke in January. Mom often told me the young girls were nice, but most seemed unqualified. New Horizons routinely canceled with short notice and no substitutions, leaving Mom without any caregiving.
