Estamos muy contentos con New Horizons por que Luz la persona encargada de nosotros nos visita para saber cómo estamos. Kathy Díaz es la cuidadora de mi esposo para mí es una persona muy amable por que me ha caído muy bien y quisiera que todo el tiempo estuviera aquí conmigo por qué yo me siento muy feliz con ella. El día que ella no viene la extraño mucho.

Great experience so far. Things change so quickly in caregiving sometimes, but I have found new clients within a day or two when stuff comes up. I appreciate how much the scheduling team is willing to help find hours.

I've worked caregiving before but New Horizons is different, in the best way. The training for caregivers was quick but very thorough, they have so many resources for caregivers to expand their working knowledge, you can build your own schedule which is amazing (especially for the people juggling work and family life), and the staff genuinely care about eachother and all the caregivers, everyone here is so understanding and flexible. It's nice to work for a company that puts their employees first.

As I’ve just recently started working here, they are very efficient and flexible with hours and extremely helpful with troubling problems that’s needed.
