The receptionist was a younger very sweet lady just trying to help but there was a miscommunication with the insurance coverage so she had me to go in to talk with someone from billing (I didn't get her name I just remember she was blonde) she was making up numbers for my copay and saying thay my insurance didn't cover ortho because of an age limit (which is a lie because I have the premium one with no age limit) so I called my insurance and then called them back to confirm there was no age limit they were trying to cover he... read more
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy was unacceptable. The manager, in particular, was unprofessional and completely unfit for her position — she made no effort to address my concerns or handle the situation respectfully. The dentist herself never properly introduced herself or took the time to make me feel comfortable; it felt like I was just another payment, not a patient. Excellent bedside manners..
The service was great till it comes to given prices. Leslie is an Employee from there and was just saying numbers from the top of her head. She gave me wrong information. I should of never switched. I really hope that I receive a call from the dentist letting her know how that one individual does not know what she is doing. She must of been in a hurry on friday thats why she didnt check. I will not recommend anyone to this place!!!!!
I love coming here! Super clean and huge office space and such a friendly staff!! Dr. Chavez is the best!
