Always professional and efficient. I have been visiting this office for a few years and have always received efficient and professional service. There have never been any surprises.
As usual, Laura did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth/gums. She's the best. I met Dr. Jennifer. She listened to my concerns. I will be back in 2 weeks for her to address them. I have one tooth that we were "watching". She gave me some fantastic news. She doesn't think a crown will ever be necessary, only a new filling when/if the time comes. Love her conservative approach. After 30+ years of outstanding service, work, and counseling by Dr. Steve (aka "Doctor Tooth" in my family) and his more-than-able assistants and hygienists, I am still convinced that he and his New Horizons Dental not only top-notch but that they 'Best in the Business."

As a rule, I don't like the dentist! However, I found this dental office and they are changing my feelings. From the front staff to my hygienist Lara to my dentist Dr. Jen, they are the best. I've been heard and my fears have been managed to the point that I go every 3months for an exam & cleaning. I would and do highly recommend New Horizons Dental on 4th Plain & Andreson!
