I have been working with New Horizons for approximate two years, my experience has been amazing! The programs that they offer from mentoring, to groups for the kids of all ages. It is so important for the kids to find a safe place in people they can talk to and the ability to make new friends. I highly recommend New Horizons. Can’t say enough about Emma and Alex with who I Talk to weekly😊

I am a single mother of two, running three businesses, and at the time of this purchase I was also in the middle of moving. I paid for a table and a $35 delivery fee—yet the table was never delivered. That alone is unacceptable. What made this worse was the complete lack of follow-up or communication. Had a good start with my visitations at this place, staff seemed engaged, but not too engaged. I left a swing there for my son to use, and after services were discontinued with this place and my case progressed, things started going south. Horrible accommodations, Very poor interactions with the staff. Not to mention, they took pieces of my baby swing, and now it is not operational and is missing the vital pieces that my son likes.
