Had a good start with my visitations at this place, staff seemed engaged, but not too engaged. I left a swing there for my son to use, and after services were discontinued with this place and my case progressed, things started going south. Horrible accommodations, Very poor interactions with the staff. Not to mention, they took pieces of my baby swing, and now it is not operational and is missing the vital pieces that my son likes. This place is a total JOKE. I am absolutely heartbroken in tears as I write this review. After always being able to just go over to my moms whenever I wanted to see my children, that was abruptly stopped when my mom got pissed off about something I said pertaining to her lack of interest in trying to potty train my 2 year old so my visits has to move to New Horizons and I really don’t have much good to say at all and tonight really did it for me. I’ve had very positive experiences with the Pikes Peak location. The staff has gone above and beyond for me and my family. Everyone we’ve met has been caring, professional and supportive.

Absolutely not, they lied to the courts in order to protect the paying parent that had supervised visitation. Allowed third-party involvement, which was not agreed-upon in the final orders. Not only that put a child in the hospital because they sent him home with an Easter basket filled with candy that he was not supposed to have knowing this child had several food allergies.
