The New Horizon Surgical Team are the best of the best! I had an appointment on July 3rd and a couple before that for a procedure and I love how the staff functions, they work as a team! . I will like to thank all of the staff, starting with Mariana thank you for having patience and soft hands when putting the IV. I had the best experience at NHSC. very professional staff, especially nurse Mariana. she is very sweet and very patient. she did my IV and it was painless. I would really recommend this surgery center
I have to say I was very happy with the service there from the moment I walked in the reception was very cordial and kind from the nurses and medical assistant the physician assistant and the orthopedic surgeon explain everything clearly a very clean environment I would definitely recommend this place for Ambulatory Surgery definitely a 10 out of 10
The experience today with all staff at New Horizon Surgical Center was amazing. They all was very professional, polite and answered all my questions. Doctor Basch was immensely patient and took the time to explain the procedure to me. I would be happy to recommend this Center to anyone. I had a positive experience in treatment, customer service, and overall process with all staff.
