Our clients love the shutters from New Horizon Shutters. The quality can't be matched in the industry. The lead time is on the long side, but with import issues for parts, that is understandable. The Lifetime Warranty for paint and structure is what impresses out clients. When you pick up these shutters, you know you have something that will last.

Called and spoke with a sales rep then emailed detailed images, sizes, etc to get an estimate for 40 shutters plus hardware for one of our clients. After a week had gone by, I called. No one picked up. When I left a message, I got no response. Called the next day and after being directed to the voice mail since no one picked up (again!), I decided that we would look for these shutters elsewhere.

I am convinced that these are the best exterior shutters on the market. They made exactly what I wanted, and they are beautiful and durable. A very pleasant experience overall.
