I have to express my dissatisfaction with this company. I waited 4 days for an intake appointment to get care set up for my mother. I specifically said I needed help on certain days. Appointment time came and went with no one showing up. I picked up my phone to call and check on the situation and happened to notice that there had been a call from the business that came in 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
