One star because that’s the only way to leave a review. It is a horrible dental practice, dirty and worn exam areas, rude front desk woman. HIPPA violations galore and maybe a touch of fraud, how do you want me to sign a service invoice before the service? Excessive wait time without notice or courtesy. The dentist did not wash or sanitize his hands between patients. It was supposed to be my sons first visit, we hauled tail out of there real fast! As a healthcare professional I’m embarrassed for the whole practice!
If you have something to do for the day don’t go here there is only 1 assistant and 1 doctor they are overall not a place i wolud recommend going i had an app at 11 am and i did not get seen till 2pm the front desk receptionist was nice and lovely but the wait time is ridiculous
Overall EVERYONE DOES THEIR JOB PROFESSIONALLY. I'm very grateful that this exists. Thank you. I'm hoping for partials...To be continued...
Do not go to this place!! The reception staff are consistently rude and disrespectful, especially toward older patients. This office also seems to overbook appointments daily, which forces the dentist to rush through visits. As a result, the quality of care suffers, and patients do not receive the attention they deserve. What’s most concerning is that many of the people who come here are part of a vulnerable population, yet they are treated poorly because the staff know they need services.
