We were dealing with Rich selling a home to my wife and I were told we were second in line for offers. Things fell through with the first and we were told they would be going with our offer now. The realtor then proceeded to send a counteroffer, that’s fine. We signed the offer and were excited for our new home. Timothy is very unethical & dishonest. He said he was taking highest and best offers upfront and there wouldn't be any back and forth. Well he shopped our offer to competing bidders and we lost out on the property because of his dishonest. He doesn't value INTEGRITY or HONESTY. I hope if you are considering using him you read this and understand the type of character that works here.
