This company is crooked, do not use. I ordered and paid extra for "2-day express" for masks for our family in January, then after WEEKS of not receiving the masks, I canceled the order, but they refused to acknowledge the cancellation. Their customer service line is a dead line.

I also am led to believe this company is fraudulent. I ordered Masks for my kids school first week of Jan and paid for 2 day air. Multiple emails go unreplied, and I paid with Afterpay and Afterpay can’t reach them either. I have not been able to get a refund due to Afterpay not being able to reach them. Terrible company - don’t order, it has to be a scam.

Do not under any circumstances order from this company. Do not expect them to ship masks to you. They don't have them, but they will charge you for them anyway.In sum: I informed Hope Health Supply that the extreme delays were unacceptable a long time ago. I cancelled the order a long time ago. I have never received any adequate communications from this company, that is to say, actual responses to my inquiries and requests. Ordered masks on 1/5/22. They charged credit card immediately but never delivered masks. Noted that there were many other customers in same situation. Company does not reply to emails. Phone number takes you around in circles. Contacted credit card company and reversed sale. Most likely a scam company.
