In and out super fast, staff was really friendly!
New here. Only had 2 appointments so far. Everyone in the office is nice as is Dr. Reed, which is who I see. Only complaint is I feel like I'm not listened too. It doesn't matter how I explain what I feeling and such, everything seems to be done opposite of it. Sometimes it would be nice for providers to listen to their patients.
Love going to therapy here. Mr. Lance is great and pretty honest! Madison is also such a sweetheart! 10/10
Everyone at this office is super nice but my favorite person there is Madison at the front desk. She's a fun person and she makes appointments easier with her bright energy!
Well, well, well. If it isn’t New Hope’s favorite patient leaving a google review. Obviously 5 stars. Am Madison’s and Rashandra’s #1 fan. No one could do it like they like they do. Irreplaceable, if you will. 10/10 place. 11/10 staff. Honorable mention: Dr. Reed. Let’s me rant and gives me my med refills. Actually a very nice person. Didn’t see thAT one coming. He deserves like a snack or a knick knack or something.
