The staff is absolutely AMAZING, everyone except for the African American receptionist, It would be an amazing environment if she weren't there...she lacks morals, ethics, values and has ABSOLUTELY NO PROFESSIONALISM!! Most caring staff I have ever encountered. They take very good care of their patients needs. I have been going over 4 years. Excellent care. They are always on time and wait time is minimal.

I discovered Careconnect in Butler about a year and a half ago. I absolutely love the convenience, professionalism, the friendly caring staff and the great service I have received from them. MA Samantha Gaddy is always so great with me. I have a “needle phobia” LOL but she takes good care of me so I don’t freak out. I really appreciate her!!
This is the worst place I've ever been to! The nurse lied to her boss. She only swabed one nostril and said she checked me for Covid,Flu an strepp. Her test results showed a negative. I get home and my husband test me with a test from Walgreens it was very positive for Covid!!! The whole staff is terrible!!!

A big waste of time and money. Very disappointed and upset with this place. I thought they were supposed to help people not take advantage of them.
