My wife and I were recently living in an apartment which NEW HOMES & LAND BROKERS INC took over management. I have to say, dealing with Mike & Peter was beyond pleasant. They’re door was always open with any of my concerns. Also if you emailed , called or texted they would either answer or get back ASAP! In general they are very nice guys and honest to work with. This is a transit for me to find the right property I rent the apartment that they manage. So many issues with the apartment but I could live without it and we prefer to do that because we try to cooperate as much as we could. Before memorial day, we were told not to use the sink because the down unit has a problem. Management told us the plumber will fix it right away. We never receive any update.
