They are arrogant and not very good at selling homes at all. Do not entrust them. It would be better to use an in house sales team as they do not do what they are supposed to do.The upper management for the Colorado Springs location is horrible. They do have some great sales team members but they pay them very cheaply and a fraction of what they should really get for home sales.
