when you have your 12 ford edge in now for trans slipping it takes them appx 1 -2 wk to get at it ,then the warranty company needs to see the pieces ,then too matters worse they tell me it was in a previous very minor front end hit,which i know it was not,and even if it was it has nothing to do with the trans slipping,then they say said about the poor paint job on it ,which again has nothing to do with the trans slipping,,and to make matters even worse they say the power steering hose is leaking which can probbally be sealed... read more
