Replaced roof sheathing with old cracked osb. Had high and low nails on shingles. Did a poor job cleaning up. Wreaked my fasica boards. Only told me after the job was paid for that I should add more soffit vents. Only reason they get 2 stars is they gave me free warranty and came back to fix the osb and high nails in shingles. I think its only reasonable to expect a good job the first time around.

Roof repair We were impressed by the professionalism beginning with the Salesperson. He knew we needed gutter extensions to solve drainage and dripping problem, gave us options and didn't try to sell us what we didn't need. He answered all our questions and concerns. Even though it was just a small job, they showed up promptly and did the job well. They pushed through showers which ended up delaying completion but they came back promptly to finish the job. Finding a 20 year old leak... FINALLY! A roofing company that is diligent and willing to take the time to find the leak and have the knowledge of how to SOLVE IT. After a chimney removal, re-roofing of the mud porch (where the leak did a lot of damage a couple of years ago), and a new roof 8 years ago, the REAL problem was solved by New Heights Roofing. New Roof New Heights roofing recently replace my house & garage roof. I also had them remove my old chimney. I had a few quotes done but found New Heights to be very competitive & was impressed that Kyle sat down with me & went over the quote.
