Great place to get a bike. They know what they are doing and Dan is a great guy to do business with. Just picked up my 2016 Aprilia Shiver 750 today. Seamless sale and he kept in touch every step of the way! Glad I made the 4 hour trip one way to make this possible! Thanks New Haven powersports!
Worst experience ever. Dan was our sales guy. Ones I found out the problems I was having with the bike he keep on giving me wrong information and pointing fingers at other departments. There Service department guy also dose not know what he was talking about as he was giving wrong information and sent me out with a bike that was not 100% functional. The Best Spot in Ct to get a bike. No bull no hassels. Saved hundreds from the competition New England Cycle. Drove from East Hartford for the savings, personal attention and all of my upgrades in one shot, everything I wanted from chrome wheels to carbon fiber mufflers was included in my pricing, and financed. Deposit was made on Monday bike was resdy for pick up on Wednesday. I saved $600 on my LoJack from the price New England Cycle had qouted me. Check em out!
