I have nothing but good things to say about the sales team at New Haven Ducati, Dan (the young kid) and the old man (forgot his name) are straight forward kind of people, I handled buying my 2016 Ducati Multi Touring over the phone and it was super easy, BEST PRICE, and NO SURPRISE AT ALL. I would definitely buy again from this place...service is another story so I rather not say anything, but sales just ROCKS!
Bought my first bike from NH Powersports, 2016 Ninja 300 ABS, and I have nothing but great things to say. I had been in there maybe 3 or 4 times. Was on a trip and in a bind for a new rear tire, went in and the service department had me in and out within an hour. The guys were a life saver!!
Bought a Ducati 959 Panigale from Dan. Deal went smooth and was very honest and up front from the get go. Bike is currently back at them for the first service. Great company. Would do business with them again.
I'm am from New York and with plenty of dealerships around where I am I chose NH Powersports. My experience with Jodi was impeccable, courteous , and professional.. I purchased a Vespa 300 super from Jodi and Working with her was the best experience I've had with any motorcycle dealerships and I would highly recommend Jodi and NH Powersports to anyone I know!
I'm three hours away from New Haven Powersports, but I knew the bike I wanted. An Aprilia Caponord RALLY. I literally called around the country looking to buy one. Either the price was wayyyy high or it seems these other dealers didn't seem interested in selling a bike, I'd have to keep calling them!?!? Anyway, Jodi at NH was awesome.
