Excellent experience. Dr. Pappas is so great, a good doctor and a wonderful person very caring and kind. Also, Melissa is so nice, and very busy from what I saw, very pleasant with everyone, even when it could be difficult.
I’ve had excellent experience at New Haven foot and ankle. Dr Pappas is outstanding. My wife tore a tendon in her ankle that attached to her foot. We saw 3 orthopedic surgeons, all of whom said they needed to fuse her ankle. Dr Pappas operated and reattached the tendon to her foot. It made a huge difference. The office is very good too. There are no words to explain how grateful I am to this office, to Dr Pappas, Dr Roger’s and especially the office staff Melissa. I had an emergency on the weekend where no other doctor or staff would make an exception and allow me to come in for treatment. From the moment I spoke to Melissa she did everything she could to get me in to be treated. I've been a patient of Dr. Papa's for over 25 years and I received nothing but the best treatment from Dr. Papa's and her receptionist. I have referred so many of my friends and family to this practice because they truly cares.
I took my mother in law there, she loved Dr. Pappas but unfortunately she won’t be going back because the receptionist was rude, unresponsive, and very unorganized. Had to repeat things to her 5 times , made my mother in law very uncomfortable. Very rude greeting and has happened multiple times. I won’t name her name but she knows who she is! Just read the reviews!
