I live in the New Haven neighborhood area and overall we’re very happy. The landscaping at first was good but is not maintained well. Take a close look at Turner Avenue between Schaffer and Ontario Ranch Road. It’s as if they selected the absolute ugliest plants which appear dead, brown, trash filled, and the planters are dirt, trash and broken trees. I don’t get it. My family and I visited the Dwell at New Haven recently. The remaining detached single family home sites that are still available are first of all: way too over priced, not to mention that the majority of the home sites are just a few meters away from giant power line towers (may be okay for some, but for others power lines can hamper the aesthetics of a house, decrease resale value, can potentially increase your risk of developing cancer).
