I’ve had really bad experience with past vets that my golden it’s traumatized. At New Haven everyone was kind and patient with Ivy and Leo had a great experience with them.
Very caring staff for my 15 year old JRT. He’s always nervous so it’s helpful they can be so supportive. Great doctors & they don’t try to oversell their services.
My dog had severe itching and needed to get a shot and they were able to squeeze him in the next morning. They are always very good to him
