The team at New Haven animal hospital always takes very good care of my son Teddy. Everyone who has helped us is very kind and knowledgeable. They tend to be busy so it can take a while for visits but I know Teddy is in good hands. Dr. Kang takes the time to listen to what we say about Teddy, answer all of our questions, and explain everything very thoroughly. Everyone treated my cats as if they were their own.
My little dog hurt her eye. I had never been to New Haven before but they still made sure to see her when I took her in. The vet tech was so kind and caring. Daisy is usually afraid of people she doesn't know, but she was immediately comfortable with the tech. The vet was caring and professional. He made sure that Daisy was taken care of, and explained everything clearly to me. New Haven is definitely my new go-to place.
I took my dog Maximus (German Shepherd)for a rehabilitation session since he was diagnosed with IVDD/arthritis. Dr. Contreras and Ana were both very informative about the whole process. Maximus felt very calm through it all, he even fell asleep. With just one session I can see a massive improvement. He is now slowly starting to walk again.
