There is black mold in the vents, destroyed half of my clothes, shoes, personal belongings, called maintanence when we first discovered it. Took them FOUR days to come out, now they say it will take another 7 days for parts, all the while we have to live in it and they do not care. We have to pay a $300 fee every year for the pool(only open MAYBE 6 weeks) fitness center ( two treadmills, a bike, and a mirror) and the maintenance which they do NOT do preventive maintenace and when there is an issue, response time is abismal. ... read more
Has anyone seen our pool or shall I say... swamp? It is such an eye-sore and health concern. I have never seen our pool so green before in my life. They uncovered the pool WEEKS ago to let it sit and let it get moldy. It smells, and I am concerned about my health as well as the health of my family and the rest of us who live here. It may even be a township violation being that it is a health hazard.
New management has this place upside down! Used to love it here now it's CRAP! They really need to do an investigation with all the towing they are doing (my car personally hasn't been towed) I see them all the time towing people's cars, people that actually live here and their guests!!! SCAM!
For my friend... If I could give you a zero I would. This place and the people that work here are awful. I visited a friend for 2 hours on Saturday night and during that visit my truck was towed for no reason. It just cost me $440 to get it out. The property manager Clair and the maintenance guy apparently have some sort of deal struck with this low life towing company ACME towing. When I went to tell them my story, I was told...."We can't do anything about it, the tow truck guy must have drove through while you were here." ... read more
If you live here dont ever plan to have a friend over. If you're friend drives over and doesnt live there the complex will tow the car and force you to pay a shit load to get it back. It's a fucking shit scam.
