Good service provided by poonam. Had an excellent food.
I had a very disappointing experience. The staff, especially the lady who assisted us, was extremely rude and lacked basic customer service skills. We simply asked a general question about an item, but instead of helping us politely, she responded with a rude attitude. As well as, we was waiting for her but she was busy on phone. She has to be very polite with the guests while taking an orders.
I ordered from Uber a few days ago, and there was some confusion on my end. The staff were incredibly kind and understanding. Since I’m vegetarian, they even prepared fresh noodles specially for me without any hesitation. Their excellent customer service and kindness really stood out. I’m truly grateful for the effort they made to ensure I had a great experience. Highly recommended!
