If you are looking to rent a home DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ANGELICA GARCIA! she will be quick to take your money for the application and after that she will not respond. I have tried for days to contact her and she does not respond to email, text messages or phone calls. I understand that selling a house is more important than taking money from people for rental properties but if you are going to do both be loyal to both. Great family own business. Friendly but firm takes good care of their clients. As a renter, they inspect the home every three months. After 5 years as a renter it a nunousce. Have to take off work.
