My experience working with Angelica Garcia was highly disappointing. Communication was inconsistent and unreliable, with many questions and concerns left unanswered unless I followed up multiple times. There was little initiative taken to keep matters on track. Standard management tasks were not handled efficiently. Save your time and do not do business with Angelica.

I had a very disappointing experience with Angelica Garcia. She was extremely rude, unresponsive, untruthful, and unprofessional. Communication was consistently poor she did not respond in a timely manner and often did not respond at all. I had two properties listed for rent with her, and after more than a month, she was unable to secure a tenant for either property. I had a very poor experience with Angelica Garcia as a property manager. She lacks professionalism and does not communicate effectively. Messages and questions often went unanswered, and follow-ups were rarely done unless I repeatedly reached out myself. Basic property management responsibilities were not handled properly. Issues were delayed, tenant-related matters were not followed up on, and there was no sense of urgency or organization. These guys had a pretty awesome team. Helped me close on my first house at 19 y/o before Christmas. Super personable and knowledgeable people, I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for an awesome new home.
