Carlos and Edward provided great customer service for our tankless water heater and also troubleshooted issues causing the unit to shutdown.
What I thought was a small issue turned out to be a pretty big issue - nonetheless, New Generation Plumbing was very quick and had clear communication throughout the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any plumbing services.
