During each step of the process they communicated with us in an open and timely manner, and kept the project on track and on budget! They offer excellent design services, and built us a beautiful ADU. We highly recommend them!
We had a ton of anxiety about taking on the ADU build since we had heard so many horror stories about dealing with contractors. Luckily, we hired Mario and his team at New Generation. The main thing that helped was the level of communication which was always clear and concise. Whenever any kind of issue came up, we were presented with options right away.
