We had a ton of anxiety about taking on the ADU build since we had heard so many horror stories about dealing with contractors. Luckily, we hired Mario and his team at New Generation. The entire New Generation crew did an amazing job converting our garage into a beautiful ADU & and a private office. My mother is able to age in place in a beautifully and well constructed space with everything in her reach along with beautiful finishes. NGI handled the remodeling of my home in Atwater Village, and did an excellent job. Their team is dedicated and capable, and their scheduling and planning are detailed and accurate. The only times we had delays were for issues out of New Gen’s control. I’m very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of our remodel, and would highly recommend NGI for anyone looking for a high-quality, reliable general contractor.
