Well, where to begin...the car I came to see was described as being in "excellent" condition. This was not true: The photos posted on craigslist were doctored to hide the fact that the button surfaces were peeling. That was the first sign of trouble. The car looked nicer before purchase than after--I think food coloring was used to hide some of the minor body damage. So upset with NGA. My husband and I bought a car from them. Two weeks after we bought it, we had to replace the entire transmission(thousands for dollars to replace!) We've had the car for about 6 months and it's been one problem after another. We took it in to get it appraised, and found out the car had been in two accidents and we had NO IDEA. I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE.
