Dr. CJ Haynes has helped me so much the past year I have been seeing her. As someone with CPTSD and Autism I have struggled with an inability to self regulate my emotions, especially when my past trauma is triggered. She has taught me coping skills and educated me on ways to instantly reset my nervous system.
