Non refundable is not good.
Worst place, schedule for a medial examination and they ask for deposit, but didn’t inform us it is non-refundable! For some reason, We have to cancel the appointment but they refuse to refund the deposit back.
The worse place ever. Their nurses are so rude and doctors supper unknowledgeable. Today I had an appointment with their PA and because of rain, I arrived a bit late. A rude nurse who named Valerie didn't allow me to complete my appointment. I got of from my work because of them. I contacted insurance and report them as a tough healthcare provider. Never go to them, they are scam, and they even don't have manager to solve matters.
My experience here is mixed, I love my doctor here, David Lee. He is quite thorough, informational and very funny. Yet the staff here is quite awful. One time, I called and called for 30 minutes and no one picked up the phone, walked into the center and saw 5 admin staff just chatting with each other. When they call you on the phone to schedule appointments, they call you ma'am and they do not speak fluent English. Dr. Chang is my favorite. It’s great to have a Dr that takes the time to actually listen to my concerns and is patient enough to walk me though everything that will happen during my visit.
