I was a return customer but never again... Item arrive broken, which happens, but to be told they won't replace it since I didn't spend an extra 40% of the items cost for shipping protection is ludicrous. They also had the gall to tell me I can get 15% off a replacement order (which I'm sure I'd need to pay the 40% protection fee for), plus tax and shipping again.
