The staff are very rude and unprofessional. The salon is dirty. For a hairdresser, where good communication and customer service are essential, they completely lack basic people skills. They seem disinterested, dismissive, and at times even condescending. It’s surprising and disappointing to experience such poor treatment in a profession that depends so much on client trust and comfort.
usually a 4- or 5- star experience, but I've never had a haircut as bad as the most recent time I went. uneven lengths, stray longer strands, more layering on one side, and it's a lot shorter than I asked.
Have been a returning customer to this salon for years as a family. Unassuming place in a good location, good skills, affordable pricing.
