I purchased a groupon from here. I scheduled an appointment three times and each appointment was cancelled for one reason or another. When i cancelled the last appointment, my Groupon was due to expire. I emailed the studio over the course of two months to see if they would still honor the group in light of the it expiring soon. Never heard back.

So Happy to have found New Era Skin Studio, Chandlyer is a phenomenal! She informs and educates while providing great services…and always reminds me about the importance of preventative sunscreen. The facility is calming, clean and nicely appointed. She is always responsive and timely for appointments and takes time to discuss my skincare goals and what she suggests to help me meet the goal. Cannot say enough good things about Chandlyer. She takes the time to hear your concerns, work through a facial plan with you, and explain the nuances of skincare. Her facial was one of the best I've had - and the added bonus was her facial massage while I had a mask on. Would come for this alone. I left feeling educated and empowered - and honestly a little more in love with my skin.
