Update on New Era…. I have recently found out that they don’t accept certified mail. They RTS them. Talk about slum lords
If I could leave a negative star I would. These people should be banned from being a rental company, they won’t do repairs in a timely manner but when I moved out wanted to charge me for all of the repairs that they did not complete. Thankfully I kept all my notes on the requests but since I moved out they won’t contact me back about my deposit and keep saying they need another day to look into it yet won’t contact me back. Beware of these guys unless you don’t want your deposit back.

DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMAPNY AT ALL!!!!! If I could select 0 stars I would. These guys are keeping my deposit from me and they gave me the run around for the last 7 months. I left the house clean and repainted. I left it better than when I moved in. I even replaced the kitchen light because they wouldn't replace it. I was trying to keep on them to fight for my discrepancies to get my deposit back since those were problems before I moved in during the walk through.
