Charlie was fantastic! I had been dealing with low water pressure and hot water that barely lasted two minutes. Charlie came out to my home and went straight to work. He thoroughly inspected the shower, removed a few blockages from the showerhead, and then double-checked everything at the furnace to make sure it was functioning as it should. New Era was great. Our gas heat went out on a Saturday. Joseph came out on the weekend and was quickly able to get us going again. Very professional.
Steve and kimami were exceptional did a perfect job and we would recommend them at any time to anyone... They are the only ones that we will use for any plumbing need from now on
