Terrible experience. They sent a nurse who didn't know what she was doing. Came to see my parents, took their blood pressure, didn't check their meds or any type of assessment. Got their signatures and left.I am sure she's falsifying the documents since there was not done with the 4 minutes she was here. Did tell us she "loves us" Very fake. WIil never go back to New Era again.Called a few weeks later to get my parents to join another agency. No call or etiquette. Her name is Belinda Morales.
