Frustrating. When in office for an appointment, they were wonderful. However, when it comes to calling them to help with ordering contacts, good luck. They will not answer the phone or respond to any voice-mails left. I have been calling for 2 weeks trying to order contacts with no success. I am about to run out of contacts and have no choice but to go to a new provider. Do not recommend this place if you use contacts.

They are only open three days a week and close shop early on those days. I know because I’ve been trying to pick up my contacts within their stated business hours and keep showing up to an empty office.

Went here for a contact eye exam that is covered by insurance but was told I needed a special contact eye exam because i use daily contacts as opposed to 2 week contacts. Called my cousin who is an optometrist and said that doesn’t make any sense since you are getting a contact lens exam. The difference would be price of the contacts when you buy them. I live blocks away from this place and decided to pay a visit despite its low Google ratings, but when I went there, it turned out to be one of the best eye exam places I have ever been, with extremely professional and helpful staff! I don’t Know why they are so underrated on Google review! If you live in the neighborhood, you should definitely choose this place for your next eye care/exam!!!
