I got two prescriptions. They called me to pick them up without telling me that only one was ready. When we went back to pick up the second one, it was missing the magnets and sunglasses clip-on. I had to leave the country for work so I requested a refund. It took me 3 separate calls to get a hold of them since the manager was never in, and they never call back despite saying they will.
