Dr. Adair was very professional, friendly, and showed an interest in trying to identify my current post-op condition and how to move my eye care (and vision) forward. He recognized the medical basis for my earlier-than-usual regular exam, based on the recent cataract surgery/lens replacement. And pledged to file my insurance claim appropriately, as a post-surgery medical exam, versus a standard optical exam. I recently got my own insurance, and did not understand anything... that was until Mariah helped me out. Mariah is so awesome! She went above and beyond to answer any and all questions. She is such a sweetheart! She even helped me pick my glasses out, and everything! Johnny was chill too, and made the typically mundane process of getting glasses more fun. Appreciate both their help! Also, I saw Dr. Dye and she was also super helpful. I highly recommend. It is easy to SEE why they're so highly rated (Haha that was a pun).

had a great experience at New Era Eye Care. The appointment was smooth from start to finish, and the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The doctor took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time, which made the whole visit stress-free. I left feeling confident in my care and would definitely recommend New Era Eye Care to anyone looking for a great eye doctor.
