Start to finish - excellent! Alex worked with me through color and finish choices. I replaced my COLD granite peninsula top with this beautiful WARM top. Should have done it the first time around
After my initial conversation I was advised to send an email with my specifications. Never heard back. Tried calling the office at least 15 times over the past few days. No luck reaching anyone. Can’t even leave a message. Finally got a call after sending a follow up email. The person I spoke with was not friendly nor helpful in fact was not bothered when I expressed my dissatisfaction. I’ll find another company that will appreciate my business.
I want to thank you (Cindy) and your team for a beautiful job constructing my cherry countertop. It is truly a showpiece. You were all so professional and the finished product is gorgeous. Lianne C.
