The people are very nice and respectful. Why a 1 star? I went there about a year and a half ago to get my whole brake system redone, and it was $2,000. Here I am, about a year and a half later, getting the front brake pads and roters fixed at a different shop becuase they couldn't even last two years and their warranty was only one year. I probably have to fix the back ones too, but we haven't adressed that yet. Getting it fixed at another shop as I type this for infinitely less (with an oil change, mind you). Stay away! Had my girlfriend drop off a flat tire to get patched for me because I had to work the next day. When I got the tire back the installer had never removed the plastic backing on the plug, preventing a seal and causing the tire to leak (you can literally see the blue plastic around the plug in the picture I provided). Since it was an internal patch they also had to rebalance the tire, which during the process of removing the old weights the worker scratched my wheel in three separate places.
