2 bad experiences in a row. First time I was charged for balancing that wasn’t done. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another opportunity. Made an appointment, took the day off and put tine aside, only to be told someone must have forgotten to write it down (the guy at the counter was the guy I made the appointment with) so I would have to wait hours or reschedule. No thanks. Bad business, Will never return.
Time and time again these guys come through for me. Two separate occasions (I’ll spare you the details) they fixed my tire and did a safety check on no noticed or appointment. They are kind, honest, and very capable. I won’t go anywhere else.
Honest place! Good quality of work!
Purchased tires and had them mounted here over a year ago. Today I find out, when I went to get new tires put on at a different shop, that my wheel lock key was never put back in the box they took it out of to do the tires over a year ago and now I’m paying an extra $75 and *hopefully* they can do it, otherwise I’m SOL.
