I have been a long-time customer here for over 5 years because it is a convenient location they are always accommodating. However, after my recent visit, I have officially lost all trust in them. They have no loyalty to their customers and have become exceptionally greedy and sneaky, adding unnecessary additional charges and services to your bill. Over $300 dollars in "labor" fees for 2 new tires? Criminal.
I am very disappointed with what this place just did to me. I had a flat and brought it to be fixed. They informed me that I would need a new rim and tire. They quoted it as $730 for a NEW rim and tire... When I picked it up today I was told that instead they had instead fixed the rim and put a new tire on that doesn't match the other 3 whatsoever... and somehow it still came out to about $800. 2 bad experiences in a row. First time I was charged for balancing that wasn’t done. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them another opportunity. Made an appointment, took the day off and put tine aside, only to be told someone must have forgotten to write it down (the guy at the counter was the guy I made the appointment with) so I would have to wait hours or reschedule. No thanks. Bad business, Will never return.
Time and time again these guys come through for me. Two separate occasions (I’ll spare you the details) they fixed my tire and did a safety check on no noticed or appointment. They are kind, honest, and very capable. I won’t go anywhere else.
