Gary and his crew did a good job saving my foundation and building a deck - all within the schedule and cost that was expected and charged. Another plus for me was that Gary -- as well the workers who were there for a majority of the project -- were able to discuss/explain the process of foundation recovery in a way that folks outside their field can grasp. Had an atrocious experience with Gary Johnson and New England Structural. Found Gary Johnson to be extremely incompetent and very dishonest. After bilking me for a lot of money, he walked off the job. The contractor that I subsequently hired to complete the job found New England Structural's work to be substandard in the extreme. Both the electrical and plumbing work Gary Johnson oversaw had to be ripped out and redone.
