When I sought out recommendations for vent cleaning, NERS was hands down the MOST highly recommended of all the companies. I booked my appointment today, it was effortless and I was left with the highest confidence in the service I’ll receive.
I have worked with and for NERS in the past, they are an excellent, punctual and professional company. They always have the answer and if not they know where to look! Outstanding craftsmanship and always a fair price!
Not impressed. First of all when my husband first called, a woman answered hello, did not identify the business when answered. My husband then scheduled an appt for an estimate. A woman came to our home and spoke with my husband. She told him she would email an estimate to him that same afternoon. We never received an email or a phone call back. Not very professional.
I have never met a company more passionate or serious about what they do then NERS! All employees are knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable that your home is in the right hands, they’re also quick and try hard to schedule on your time and are extremely flexible! I highly recommend them!
I met Paula today and I was very impressed by her knowledge of mold and her passion around insuring a home is safe from it. She travels all over NH to help home owners with their mold issues and she will provide free estimates. As a Realtor, I look forward to working with New England Remediation Services and Paula in the future!👍
