There is now a line across the middle of my living room where they must have had too much suction that pulled the carpet. And there are white spots throughout like they had too much soap and couldn't get it out. Very friendly guys, but not too skilled.

They were Very honest about what can be removed and what cannot be removed, They are meticulous and will do whatever it takes to make the carpets clean. If the stain can be technically removed, they will surely remove it. The price is competitive with others. They moved the sofas and table for us for the cleaning without extra charge. I was very happy with their honesty and meticuluous cleaning.
