Mike came to my home for a yearly garage door maintenance call in May '24. I wasn't home, but he quoted $675.00 for a new spring (+ labor, w/ 1 year warranty, written on his business card). Yesterday, my spring finally broke. I called, and luckily he was able to come within hours.
