The worst customer service and unprofessional demeanor ever encountered by my 60 plus years of experience as a consumer. Supposed order 4 to 6 weeks. It's been 9. I called in-between and asked status. After myself not knowing a technical term I was told backorder and will call me. No call. I call back, leave inquiry. I'm answered with a supposed never experienced glitch on their behalf. My size and size measurements were never entered or per Dennis, purged.
