I made a formal complaint about older male Leison Manager at Portland office yesterday, regarding disability discrimination mentioned in prior review. My orders were ready to pick up today (as of last night), but when I called today, they said NELC was refusing service, and I needed to go elsewhere with no explanation as to why. I came in when I was told by NELC and my PCP that my orders were in and I could try to pick up my supplies before close. I am NJ fed but have no pump, or formula right now. The Portland Office Manager, older man, berated me for not understanding that my orders were there but invalid. I have a learning disability...he said in an aggressive tone "What are you not getting through your head?
