Highly recommend using New England Landscape Lighting, they are extremely friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my automatic timer, and John was over to my house within an hour to install a new one and instect the exterior stair lighting and exterior landscape lighting. 5 Stars all the way!

From the initial consult to completion this company exceeded my expectations for what I wanted for my landscape lighting ! The transformation of my landscape is nothing short of stunning from with the meticulously placed up lighting ! Even when I added more they were so receptive to my requests ! Ginny is amazing to work with and answers your emails and calls instantly and saw this project from beginning to end . You want alittle extra appeal to your yard call them and you will not be disappointed!

I usually do not give negative reviews, however my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Initially, they were responsive, professional and had great ideas. I was open to all of her ideas and never had a set price. The day of installation, they did not do what they said they were going to do. They did not recondition the lights as they were supposed to. I just had a service call from New England Landscape & Lighting. John & Jonathan came and were very nice, pleasant and checked over my lighting & timer. They were also very efficient. Ginny who responds to their calls was very nice as well.

Set up appointment fot a service call that i had to cancel do to a Doctors appointment. I am fighting cancer. Rescheduled, they never showed nor called. I called them & was told I'd hear back from them within the next 2 days as to when I could expect them. I've heard nothing.
